Rely on leadership as God-established instrument to give direction and spiritual covering to the church.
Emphasize on developing significant relationship within congregation. Loving relationships should permeate every aspect of church life (an environment characterized by love, submission, acceptance, integrity, forgiveness and servanthood).
The principle of accountability within the church is highly valued, and is considered essential to maintain the Body of Christ in unity.
The church should operate as a unified community of servants, stewarding their spiritual gifts.
We are part of the whole Body of Christ, and we enjoy working together with other ministries or churches that build the kingdom of God.

Experiencing the power of God

We believe that prayer makes a critical difference in all that we attempt.
The local congregational life (individually and corporately) should be enhanced (improved in value and quality) by the works and the ministry of Holy Spirit.
We are committed to approach to the walk of Holy Spirit, and always being aware of His interventions

Doing the works of Evangelism

Lost people matter to God, therefore ought to matter for us.
We believe that the church of God should become Christ’s extended heart, hands and mouth to other people, especially for those who lost.
We are the aroma of Christ (a distinctive pleasant atmosphere) among those who are being saved and those who are perishing

This small 'cell' groups are the building blocks of the local church, where every believer is nurtured, cared for, trained to pray for and reach out to the friends and families in their spheres with the light of the Gospel.

COMPASSION MINISTRIES

With Matthew 25:35-36 as a commission, World Blessing Foundation (WBF) was founded in 1998 as a non-profit organization dedicated to show God's love by bringing relief aids to the needy around the world. Indonesian Relief Fund (IRF) is one of WBF's projects that has provided tens of thousands needy people throughout Indonesia with food, clothing, building materials and other material donations. WORKPLACE MINISTRIES

We believe in equipping believers to take their workplace, professions, and businesses as their ministry, impacting their spheres of influence with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

We are also committed in raising and equipping leaders. One of the major partners we have in this endeavor is Wagner Leadership Institute (WLI) based in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
